Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Auto Try-On: AI Outfit Studio (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These Terms of Use are supplemental to the Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") set forth by Apple Inc. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA shall govern.

Auto Try-On is an AI-powered virtual fitting room application that allows users to virtually try on clothing, accessories, and outfits using artificial intelligence. The App generates realistic try-on images based on user-provided reference photos and selected clothing items.

AI-generated try-on results are provided for visualization purposes and may not perfectly represent how clothing will look or fit in real life. Results should be used as a guide, not a guarantee of real-world appearance.

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes all your data, photos, and saved results from our servers.

Auto Try-On offers premium subscription plans that unlock additional features, including unlimited try-on generations. Subscriptions are offered as Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through the App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance and must agree to the new price to continue your subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store refund policy. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.

Try-on results, outfit suggestions, and styling recommendations within the App are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for realistic and high-quality results:

• AI-generated images may not perfectly represent how clothing will look in real life
• Colors, textures, fit, and proportions may vary from the actual garment
• Results are for visualization purposes only and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions
• The App does not replace trying on clothing in person

You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions. We recommend verifying fit, color, and style before making purchases based on AI try-on results.

By uploading photos to the App, you:

• Confirm that you have the right to use and share the photos you upload
• Grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating try-on results
• Acknowledge that photos are sent to third-party AI services for processing
• Understand that you retain all rights to your original photos

You must not upload photos of other people without their consent, photos containing minors, or any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Share or resell your account credentials or subscription access
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of FullApps.

AI-generated try-on results are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share your try-on results for personal purposes.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, realism, or usefulness of any AI-generated try-on results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FULLAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

FullApps is not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated try-on results.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FullApps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FullApps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
